out onto the backyard and Wilson Creek. With large gathering areas, charcoal BBQ and separate sleeping quarters,
there is room for everyone and still have the option to get away for some privacy. Each unit provides a fully equipped kitchen and restroom with plenty of parking.
There is even Covered Parking and a laundry room! The large living area in the main Cottage has a wood-burning
Franklin stove and opens onto an expansive screened in porch perfect for watching the kids play on the grass as the adults
sit back in comfort. The Loft has a swcond story balcony at tree top level and i perfect for viewing the night
time sky. With three bathrooms, three kitchens and three bedrooms this is perfect for a family that wants space for
the kids, the parents and the family pet! Close to downtown Wimberley square and within walking distance of the
Blanco River!
This is the perfect place for a large or extended family to live and play while allowing your children
to be in one of the nicest school districts in the state. The entire propety is fully furnished including pots, pans,
silverware and linens. There is a wonderful garage area with room for an artists studio or whatever you can imagine!
A well behaved pet is welcome.
